Born in 1967 at Adoor, Sudhakaran is supported in his life by wife Usha and son Arun and Ashish. He did his K.G.C.E. in Automobile Engineering from Kerala. Sudhakaran joined GULF OIL as Jr. Sales Officer (West), and rose to the position of Business Officer (West) through his sheer hard work and discipline.

Upon sharing the news to Mr. Sudhakaran, he says, "I just built on the base created by my predecessors and the Company in my territory. My seniors, particularly Mr. ESN & Mr. Pradeep Unhale really got all the work done from me. I was given the direction that I badly needed. I just co-operated with my seniors in every way and I made sure all their programs, policies and plans were implemented in my territory just the way they wanted me to. I am really very hopeful of keeping up the tempo.

Inspite of my own personal limitations, I have got an opportunity to contribute to the best of my abilities in this Company, which not everyone gets. I will keep on trying until I achieve great heights. I am still unhappy with my performance when I look at the entire market potential which is still very high. My advise to my dear colleagues is to sit with the seniors and have an open discussion about each and every problem that you face in the market place and jointly chalk out plans to tackle them. And of course, the rest is only the hardwork that you need to put in. My family has been very co-operative with me. They have been a great moral support and have never come in the way even when I have been away touring the market."
