He was born on 12th April 1966 in a small town called Kallar in Idukki District in Kerala.

His wife is Lissy and is blessed with a son, Cyril. He did his B.A.as he was serving in Universal Book Distribution Co. and Real Value Appliances Ltd.

Thereafter, he joined Pensol Oil Co. based in Bihar followed by Sunstar Lubricants and Fuchs Lubricants Ltd., He joined GULF OIL in March 2000 as a Sales Executive and was promoted as a Territory Sales Manager this year.

He is looking after UP (East). His total experience is 13 years. He has a total of 16 distributors spread over Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Allahabad.

He is assisted by 2 Sales Officers. He enjoys a good credibility in the market and has nil disputes from his area. To his assistants, he is a symbol of respect and an effective leader, to his peers a good friend and to his superiors a good source of strength.

The biggest quality of him is that once he determines something, he goes all out to get it done. Probably, it is this quality which would have made him the titleholder of the month.

Known popularly as KNC, he was born in February 1954 at Kalyan, near Mumbai.

Blessed with a son, Gaurav and a daughter, Krichita, he is supported in all his dreams by wife, Sulochana.

Having completed his second year junior college, he chose to join Thermax Pvt. Ltd., Pune for his vocational training. He joined Esso as a Railway Booking Clerk, followed by Gulf Oil (India) Co. Ltd., Sewree, Mumbai for three years.

In March 1977, he joined Petrosol Oil Co., Ltd., Mumbai as a Blending & Filling Supervisor and effective April 1993; he has been with GULF Oil Corporation Limited (Lubricant Division)

From the post of a Production Supervisor, his dedication and determination brought him to the position of Sr.Executive - Production at Silvasa Plant.

KNC has seen the birth of lube oil buisiness in India and has seen it grow to what it is today. He is proud of being associated with it all his working life. Shy of people, but always smiling, he will be invariably found busy on the shop floor engaged in troubleshooting, irrespective technical or otherwise.

His contribution to development and growth of Silvasa Plant has been enormous. Though not formally educated, his knowledge and understanding of lubes is very deep and sound.

In short, he walks in lubes, sleeps in lubes and talks in lubes. To Team Gulf Silvasa, he is like a guardian. Staying in Company dormitory and being a good cook as a hobby, his friends do not spare him without tasting the food prepared by him.
