Gautam was born in 1978 at Hoogly. He has done his B.Sc in Zoology in 1999. Prior to joining GULF OIL in September, 2002 as a Business Officer (E), he had worked with M/s. Purshottam Lal Sultania, Authorised Distributor of Bharat Shell and Amber Diesel. .He is based at Tinsukia.

Though he had joined only just about three months back, his ability to get adjusted to our environment, including the lube business with respect to Gulf Oil, and to skyrocket his performance to reach a level of almost double the sales target in the month of December, 2002 has been exemplary.

His performance for the month of November, 2002, also was highly encouraging. Responding to the award,
Gautam says "I am extremely thrilled. This is the first of its kind in my life. My dream was to join a highly reputed company and to demonstrate my ability to achieve. I will continue to excel and I am sure that this only will bring about my and my organisation's growth. I thank all concerned for their blessings."

Milind was born in 1973 at Mumbai. He has done B.Com. in 1994. Prior to joining GULF OIL in 1995 as a Commercial Trainee at Silvassa, he had worked with Bombay Paints Ltd. and a Tax Consultant, Mr. Sanjay Ranade, As a Jr. Executive - Accounts, he is independently handling excise, which in the factory is a vital and sensitive function.

He has brought in several improvements which include computerisation of various excise related documents; timely support to the factory in local sale and export, etc. He is also instrumental in the procedures for excise registration for container manufacturing and his relationship with the statutory bodies has been exemplary.

"I am short of words to explain my happiness. This is the result of my hard work, an urge to excel and my confidence and determination to achieve anything. I have set a consistent high standard for myself and I will strive to climb on it and never climb down. I once had learned from a training programme that we should always THINK BIG, THINK FAST and THINK POSITIVELY.

In short, I have been practising these and these have been my secrets of success. My colleagues and superiors have been a shadow of inspiration for me, for which I am ever indebted to them and also to my organisation." says Milind.
