Gulf has a network of ISO 9000 accredited blending plants across the globe. In India GOCL- Lubricants Division has a world class blending plant with a capacity of 75,000 MTPA, located at Silvassa, capital of the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, about 150 kms north of Mumbai. The plant, set-up in the year 1995, has state-of-the art automated PLC controlled blending facilities and Quality Control laboratory, which apart from catering to the domestic requirements, even serve the requirements of Gulf Oil International in various countries in Asia-Pacific-Middle East- Africa Region. This plant has ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 accreditation for Environmental Management System.

The Quality Control Laboratory is equipped with latest, sophisticated instruments and conversant & skilled technicians for testing a range of products like Engine Oils, Gear & Transmission Oils, Various Industrial Lubricants, Metal Working Fluids, Rust Preventives, Marine Oils, Coolants, Brake Fluids, etc. These tests are carried out in accordance with various BIS, ASTM and various other Global Standards. The laboratory also offers customer support through used oil analysis for monitoring the condition of the customers equipment. It participates in ASTM inter-laboratory test correlation studies to ensure the reliability and precision of the test results.
