Initiatives to build a World Class Work Environment

Gulf Oil has built benchmark work systems and processes to define a ‘Ways of Working’ framework, whose key objective is to better align all the processes, balances and checks that help allign all the Business Units of Gulf towards powered growth. To further engrail and propagate this framework into our system, we have hired internal trainers that ensure the standards are met across levels.
